Roles and Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly motivated, hands-on, performance driven candidate who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, where the pace is often fast and urgent. This role will require a strong sense of urgency, initiative, and drive. This position will require work at non-standard times including evenings, weekends and holidays. The Vail Property Manager will report to the VP of Mountain Destinations and be responsible for the following:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, teammates, and a network of contractors and vendors
- Oversee ownership interests in home maintenance and property related matters
- Conduct regular and thorough property inspections through all common areas of Cuvée properties; Destination Managers will provide a reservation list that is up to date at all times for arrivals & departures
- Manage maintenance schedules for Cuvée properties
- Be able to understand, troubleshoot, and perform moderate maintenance tasks
- Take inventory prior to arrivals of essential products – (toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, shampoo/conditioner, and soap) and assist with always keeping stocked. The Destination Managers will assist in keeping the remainder of the home stocked to Cuvée standards. The Property Manager should also consider having a basic stock at each home that they exclusively manage of light bulbs and other products that are regularly changed out to assist with tight turnover days
- Assist with general needs of guests which may include helping with luggage and light errands
- Leverage relationships to expand rental offering of ultraluxe homes in the Vail Valley with like-minded owners
- Maintain guest satisfaction, which is currently 4.92 on 5-star scale
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or applicable to position
- Impeccable and responsive interpersonal and communication skills including verbal and written
- Successful track record in exceeding guest satisfaction
- Strong problem solving with a persistent goal-oriented mindset
- Solid insight into the luxury lifestyle and owner and guest preferences
- Existing connections in the Vail Valley across contractors and vendors
- Strong proficiency in MS Office
- Must be Collaborative, Self-Directed, and Self-Confident

Benefits & Compensation
Salary: Total Compensation (base + bonus) commensurate with experience – $70,000 to $100,000. Position includes extensive benefits including Stock Options, 401(k) matching, health, dental, vision, take-what-you-need vacation and so much more.
