Payment Policy

A deposit of 50% of the total rental is due at the time of reservation. Final payment is due 90 days prior to arrival or September 1st for holiday reservations (reservations between December 15th and January 4th). If the reservation is made within 90 days of arrival (or after September 1st for holiday), full payment is due upon reservation. The reservation will not be confirmed until receipt of the signed contract and payment of the required deposit.

A late payment notification will be sent to request any payment that is not received. If the final payment is not received by the Rental Manager within 5 business days of the late payment notification, the reservation may be canceled, at Agent’s sole discretion, and the deposit will be forfeited as detailed in the Cancellation Policy. Furthermore, Agent reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover the unpaid deposit amount.

Payments are accepted via ACH, wire transfer, or check (USD).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for Peak December Holiday:

Cancellation fee of 25% of the entire reservation amount will apply if Manager receives written notice of cancellation prior to September 1st for the peak December Holiday season. All monies received will be forfeited on cancellations made after September 1st unless the Residence is rebooked by a new guest for the same dates and rental terms.

Cancellation Policy for all periods except Peak December Holiday:

Cancellation fee of 25% of the entire reservation amount will apply if Manager receives written notice of cancellation at least 90 days prior to scheduled arrival. All monies received will be forfeited on cancellations made after 90 days prior to scheduled arrival unless the Residence is rebooked by a new guest for the same dates and rental terms.

Rescheduling due to Government Travel Restrictions:

A full credit towards a future stay will be offered if there is a local government-imposed travel restriction put in place that prohibits travel to the destination during your dates of travel (i.e., EU borders closed to Americans, St. Barth closing borders to Americans, etc.). We strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance to provide protection for any cancellation outside of these parameters.

No refunds of any amounts are payable to Guest under this Agreement for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather. Lodging cancellation, trip cancellation, and trip interruption insurance coverage is available from third-party providers. Manager strongly recommends guests arrange insurance coverage in the event you must cancel your trip.

This reservation may be cancelled by Manager if, prior to the Arrival Date, the Residence is either no longer managed by Manager or becomes damaged and is subsequently deemed unfit for habitation. Should this occur, an alternate property would be offered by Manager if available; otherwise, Guest may expect a full refund of all rental fees and taxes paid to date. Any other travel expenses of Guest, including air tickets, rental car, etc., will not be reimbursed.

Reasonable Use

  • Guest agrees to only use the Residence as a private vacation residence.
  • Guest agrees that members of the Guest’s party shall conduct themselves in a manner that will not disturb the peaceful enjoyment of other adjacent or nearby residences, and that any consequences of their failure to do so shall be the Guest’s sole responsibility.
  • Guest agrees to not use or allow the Residence to be used for any improper or illegal purposes.
  • The Owner expressly prohibits large parties, receptions, seminars, or gatherings of any kind that exceed the maximum occupancy limit of the Residence without prior written approval from Rental Manager.
  • Guest agrees to abide by all of the rules and regulations of the governing Homeowners Association if applicable.
  • Guest is not permitted to make or allow any alterations or improvements to be made to the Residence.
  • Cuvée destinations are prime locations for real estate development; please note there may be construction from time to time in the surrounding area.
