Aspen Park

5 Bedrooms | 360 Degree Mountain Views | Close Proximity To Downtown Aspen
Ranging from: $25,000- $43,600 per night
Welcome to Aspen Park, a 15,000 square-foot vacation residence on six mountainside acres. At this award-winning, five-bedroom property, the Art Deco glamor of the Roaring Twenties meets the exquisite beauty of the Roaring Fork Valley. Hugged by national forest land on two sides, yet just five minutes from the center of town, Aspen Park presents a front-row seat for the beauty, adventure, and culture of this unforgettable place.
Walls of glass showcase unobstructed mountain views. Watch the sun emerge from behind Independence Pass to the east. When the day comes to close, watch it sink again into Aspen Mountain to the west. Multiple decks, terraces, and sweeping windows in all rooms ensure the views are never far from sight. Even the property’s two elevators are made of glass, so that you can take a moment to take in the view as you glide between floors.
The Space, Cuvée-Style
Inside Aspen Park, discover a work of art you can inhabit—a collaboration between renowned architects, artists, designers and craftsmen. Thanks to the architects at Charles Cunniffe, Aspen Park makes a stunning first impression with its varied rooflines and striking blend of natural stone, wood, and glass. Find a sumptuous blend of mountain-modern and Art Deco interior design by Donna Guerra. Michael Merrit, an internationally recognized custom millworker, added the finishing touches, using 36 species of wood to craft gorgeous wood-inlay doors, fireplaces, and other custom details.
Exceedingly Luxury Amenities

There’s so much to showcase in and around the area and I appreciate the opportunity to explore the out of the ordinary and out of bounds adventures and experiences here in the Roaring Fork Valley with our Cuvée guests.
If I’m not energetically leading a group through the wonders of this area or at my beloved home in Aspen, you’ll find me hiking. I love how much ground you can cover on your own two feet and the different view of the valley at every summit.
