Art Deco Aspen Masterpiece on the Mountainside
Welcome to Aspen Park, a 15,000 square-foot vacation residence on six mountainside acres. At this award-winning, five-bedroom property, the Art Deco glamor of the Roaring Twenties meets the exquisite beauty of the Roaring Fork Valley. Hugged by national forest land on two sides, yet just five minutes from the center of town, Aspen Park presents a front-row seat for the beauty, adventure, and culture of this unforgettable place.
Walls of glass showcase unobstructed mountain views. Watch the sun emerge from behind Independence Pass to the east. When the day comes to close, watch it sink again into Aspen Mountain to the west. Multiple decks, terraces, and sweeping windows in all rooms ensure the views are never far from sight. Even the property’s two elevators are made of glass, so that you can take a moment to take in the view as you glide between floors.
Even better, when Aspen adventure beckons, your Cuvée experience curator will craft your ideal itinerary and take care of every detail for you.
The Space, Cuvée-Style
Inside Aspen Park, discover a work of art you can inhabit—a collaboration between renowned architects, artists, designers and craftsmen. Aspen Park makes a stunning first impression, thanks to the architects at Charles Cunniffe, with its varied rooflines and striking blend of natural stone, wood, and glass. Find a sumptuous blend of mountain-modern and Art Deco interior design by Donna Guerra. Michael Merrit, an internationally recognized custom millworker, added the finishing touches, using 36 species of wood to craft gorgeous wood-inlay doors, fireplaces, and other custom details.
Exceedingly Luxury Amenities
Wake in one of five bedrooms, each with a different vantage point of the home’s exquisite surroundings. Then gather in the professional kitchen, where chef-grade appliances and dual waterfall marble islands are as beautiful as they are functional. Sip coffee with your friends, family, or colleagues as you plan the day ahead.
Two office spaces—one with a mountain view and another showcasing the tranquil forest setting—allow you to take meetings, catch up on emails, or hold an in-person brainstorming session in a sleek, private space. Or close the laptop and seek out the best experiences Aspen has to offer, from skiing, mountain biking, hiking or horseback riding on the gorgeous mountainside, to world-renowned shopping and dining, to adrenaline-fueled adventures like heli-skiing, paragliding and so much more.
If you choose, an evening feast prepared by a professional chef can welcome you back to Aspen Park. The property’s 12-person dining room is a feast for the eyes, as well, with its panoramic mountain views and wall-sized mosaic mural. Both the food and the views will rival the best restaurants in Aspen, and when the meal is finished, you can walk just a few steps to the great room to settle in by the fire for one more glass of wine before bed. (Or step outside to your hot tub in the trees.)

Set the Scene
There’s so much to showcase in and around the area and I appreciate the opportunity to explore the out of the ordinary and out of bounds adventures and experiences here in the Roaring Fork Valley with our Cuvée guests.
If I’m not energetically leading a group through the wonders of this area or at my beloved home in Aspen, you’ll find me hiking. I love how much ground you can cover on your own two feet and the different view of the valley at every summit.
