The only ground level residence in the Solaris Plaza with direct outdoor access, this sleek Vail Village masterpiece has floor-to-ceiling windows to capture the sunlight for great sunrises and sunsets from your private patio. Just steps from your residence are the famed slopes of Vail Mountain, as well as an abundance of restaurants, boutiques, and endless adventure. This ski chalet offers a singular location combined with Solaris’ resort amenities, providing outdoor space and ambiance for afternoon après.

The Space, Cuvée-Style

This sleek and enchanting, contemporary designed residence is anchored by a state-of-the-art, 80-bottle glass-enclosed and temperature-controlled wine display amassing the entrance wall. The stunning tray ceiling and additional lighting set the mood for luxury and comfort. The sleek kitchen has a wall of state-of-the-art appliances and a large, stone bar with additional seating. The dining room has space for eight. The Solaris exercise room is stocked with the latest in workout equipment.

Floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the chalet give way to abundant light throughout the day and views of the mountain village. Glass sliders open up to a 60-foot private patio providing outdoor space and ambiance for afternoon après. This is the only first floor Solaris unit that opens directly into Vail Village.

The front yard includes a plethora of shops and dining locations. The back yard is the skating rink and Solaris shops and dining. The unit comes with a ski locker in the Gorsuch Coffee and Ski Shop directly in front of Gondola One.

From the moment you enter the villa, you will view the custom, glass-enclosed wine wall with storage for dozens of vintages. The entire large, opening living and entertaining space is ensconced in both natural light from the floor-to-ceiling windows, and the lighted, tray ceiling. A 8 foot long linear, chic black and white fireplace warms the space as well as the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. All bedroom suites feature access to the 66′ long private patio with room for al fresco dining or relaxing and enjoying the Village view.
