WHY IT'S SPECIAL.
Serravalle is a 14th-Century Tuscan villa tucked into Chianti’s hillside vineyards. It’s for families who seek sophisticated design, with Old World detail, in one of Tuscany’s most iconic picturesque villages, Chiantigiana.
The Story: As a former Etruscan settlement and Renaissance watchtower, Serravalle’s history is rich and rare.
Original Italian artwork, manicured gardens, olive orchards, and iconic rolling-vineyard views make for authentic Tuscan magic.
The estate’s 11,500 sq. ft. has a commercial kitchen, glass-enclosed veranda and multiple spots to lounge, with designer Cassina leather furniture. The underground La Taverna is used for wine-tasting and intimate dinners. A gorgeous swimming pool, hot tub and fire-pit take advantage of Chianti hillside views.
In the heart of Tuscany’s beloved Chianti wine region. As Condé Nast Traveler says, Chiantigiana is “one of the most picturesque villages you’ll ever enjoy: Each vista—hillsides braided with rows of grape vines, sentries of shaggy cypress trees—is more beautiful than the last.” Florence and Siena are in close proximity (70 minute drive to Florence; 40 minutes to Siena).
An Authentic Tuscan Experience.
