Your hike ends at Beano’s Cabin, one of our favorite dinner experiences in all of Vail Valley, a secluded mountainside retreat that offers outdoor dining and incredible views of the Vail Valley at dinner time. Courtney Combs is an Integrative Nutrition Coach based in Denver, Colorado. She specializes in creating healthy, sustainable and nourishing habits for every lifestyle. After spending just shy of a decade working in business development with brands such as Elie Tahari, C.Wonder and CorePower Yoga, she realized her passion was to work with individuals and athletes who seek direction when it comes to their relationship with food and nutrition. In doing so, she teaches that so often it has absolutely nothing to do with food at all.
Her goal is to help as many people as possible understand that nutrition is more than what you put in your mouth. She believes food itself should be satiating, fun, but most importantly – it should make you better at paying attention to what is truly important to you in your life. Her philosophy around her approach and Cuvée wellness retreats is to focus on how you feel and the relationship you have with yourself.
