Chef Christopher is unique in his aspiration to create a work of art, an explosion of flavors, and an unforgettable experience. He specializes in farm to table and works with the freshest ingredients on the Island. He started his love for food as a child, where the aromas of his grandmothers kitchen inspired him to become a Chef and a cooking fanatic. He has come a long way from working in many 5 star resorts in Vegas, perfecting, honing and mastering his craft and now sharing his experience with all his guest aiming to please every guests palate.
