  • Dinner & Entertainment: Our Cuvée chef, Jimena Yglesias, welcomes you to Aspen with a local farm-to-table feast at your residence

Day 2

  • In Villa Breakfast: Start the trip out with a healthful omega-packed breakfast of smoked salmon, fresh fruits and juices and açai bowls
  • Morning: Explore the Roaring Fork Trail, its rolling river and lush foliage as you immerse yourself in the stunning raw beauty of Aspen’s mountains
  • Afternoon: Hop on an e-bike and spin around Maroon Bells Lake, witnessing one of the most iconic jewels of the Rocky Mountains

  • Lunch: Head back to your Cuvée home for a cooking class with Chef Jimena, exploring the nuances of Rocky Mountain game meets, local goat cheeses, and Aspen produce
  • Dinner & Entertainment: Head to Matsuhisa, Chef Nobu’s renowned sushi and Japanese seafood institution for the freshest of catch, paired with one of the world’s best sake lists

Day 4

  • In Villa Breakfast: The best days start with the best breakfast, and Jimena is back to ensure your day is kickstarted with local produce, proteins, and more
  • Morning: Venture east to the Upper Colorado for one of the best Colorado days of all time, rafting through rapids and fly fishing for trout
  • Afternoon: When you return, in-villa massages wait for you to warm and stretch those tired muscles
