Jason Hunter, an expert of 25-years experience in hospitality and fine dining, has crafted his wine service at exceptional restaurants such as Matshuhisa Vail, Joel Palmer House in Willamette Valley, on the way to becoming a certified sommelier since 2008. Jason has written two books on wine travel: Wine Hunter: Barolo; and Wine Hunter: Hermitage. He prides himself in knowing every nuance of dining and wine in the Vail Valley, which includes long-standing relationships with chef, ranchers, farmers and other local luminaries.
