If you’re familiar with St. Barts and Vue de Rêves, you’re undoubtedly aware of the emphasis on impeccable cuisine and wine. In fact, the quality of culinary experiences is one of the reasons we’re so smitten with the island (hence our custom wine cave, imported La Cornue stove, and expansive outdoor kitchen and terrace).


One of our favorite Cuvée-curated experiences includes an intimate evening at Vue de Rêves – for a tasting menu highlighting the culinary artistry of our French chef (with sommelier-consulted wines paired with each course). The menu comes highly-personalized to every guest’s taste, most often highlighting fresh seafood and local produce, with a French twist.
