When The Cuvée Cabo Team Becomes Family
The Corley family recently embraced la buena vida at our Brisas Del Mar villa and noted the incredible Los Cabos team (including Silvia, Cris, and Cristina) as one of their favorite parts of the stay. They enjoyed the service and the company of the Cuvée Cabo team so much that they were calling them “family” by the close of their COVID-delayed getaway that was intended to celebrate everything from birthdays to a 2020 college graduation.
As with every Cuvée stay, the team planned a customized itinerary for the Corley family ranging from time spent on the green at the famed Jack Nicklaus-designed Palmilla Golf Club and in-villa private yoga to an impressive array of menus that was customized nearly every evening for various milestone celebrations.
The exquisite culinary and exuberant celebration began with an Italian night and birthday soiree, followed by a gourmet taco party to congratulate the 2020 grad, a Cuban salsa night for more birthday recognition, and finally an under the sea night for a 70th birthday bash! There was no lack of excitement, yet plenty of time to relax next to the three private pools that make Brisas Del Mar one of the most spectacular outdoor spaces in the Cuvée collection.
The Cabo Culinary Experience
The culinary experience delivered by Head Chef Antonio (pictured below) is unparalleled. From crafting unexpectedly grand welcome amenities (his cotija coated roasted corn is a fan favorite) to private chef dinners made with your deep sea catch of the day, he can do it all. In true Antonio fashion, he delivered an incredible gastronomic experience for the Corley family, complete with sharing the story behind the food, from an exquisite dragonfruit starter to Antonio’s famed tamales, all serve with a fresh-pressed agua fresca.
