With over two decades on the island of St. Barts, he first showcased his skills in the most notable restaurants on the island, and now provides the most illustrious clients with his talents as a private chef for Cuvée. His goal is to continue to perfect the art of flavors, pervading exceptional at every moment bringing together international gastronomy, local flavors and produce from around the world with a touch of French elegance.
